Q: What is the difference between Free, Standard and Premium?

Free: 20 minutes of AI conversation per month, 1 life-time mock test, other features available with rewarded ads.
Standard: 300 minutes of AI conversation per month, 5 mock tests per month, ad-free experience.
Premium: Unlimited conversations, unlimited mock tests, and full access to all features without ads.

Q: How do subscriptions and auto-renewal work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your App Store account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price displayed at purchase.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime โ€” cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are handled by the App Store, not Alice AI Tutor.

Q: Why can't the app recognize my language?

Some languages (such as Tagalog, Romanian, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, and Gujarati) have limited speech recognition support on certain devices. The app will automatically fall back to British English (en-GB) so you can still continue practicing. However, AI Tutors can still understand and respond in your mother tongue for learning purposes.

Q: Can I use my mother language to learn English?

Yes! You can speak in your native language (including Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Polish, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) and AI Tutors will teach you English in a natural and effective way.

Q: I have login issues, lost my progress, or the app crashes. What should I do?

These issues can sometimes occur after app updates or due to device settings. Please contact us with your details (Apple ID email and device model), and we will help you as soon as possible.
